PREORDER FAQ

✦ What is a Preorder? ✦

A preorder is an opportunity for customers to place orders for items that are not yet in-stock. A preorder item is one that has been announced but not yet released, and is still in production. All preorder items will be clearly indicated in the title and description of the listing, with shipping ETAs provided in the item description section.

✦ How long will I need to wait to receive my preorder? ✦

Preorders will typically take anywhere from 1-3 months to be shipped out. Each preorder item will have its own shipping ETA, which can be found under its item description section.

✦ What if I order in-stock items along with a preorder? Will those ship out first? ✦

If you combine a preorder item with in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once the preorder item is ready, as only one shipping fee was paid.

✦ What if I need to make changes to my order? ✦

If you need to make any changes to your order after purchasing a preorder (i.e., shipping address update, or need to ship out in-stock items sooner), please contact me ASAP at shoolee.ohniceshop@gmail.com, and I will be more than happy to help sort that out for you. :)
